Effective October 15, 2026.
- No adult is alone with a minor who is not their own child in a private room or vehicle. Conversations happen in open or shared spaces, or with a second adult present.
- A minor rooms only with a parent, a sibling, or other minors of the same sex, never with an unrelated adult.
- Room checks are made by two adults together.
- Messages between a chaperone and a minor go through the group's channels or include the parent.
- Any concern that a minor has been harmed or is at risk is reported at once to the Tour Leader and Philip's House, and to authorities as the law requires.
